Masters Rowing
The Masters program is geared toward experienced adult rowers and enthusiastic novices who have successfully completed the Masters Learn to Row program. Masters members practice regularly 3-4 days per week, year-round, focusing on teamwork, technique, and endurance. Rowers interested in competing have the opportunity to participate in regional regattas.
Rowing as an adult offers a fantastic low-impact, full-body workout that engages up to 86% of muscles, building leg, core, back, and arm strength, boosting cardiovascular health, burning calories, improving posture, and reducing stress, all within about one hour.
Rowing with a club also promotes a social connection; currently the CCRC Masters program includes rowers from age 25 through 81.
Masters have the opportunity to row 3-5 days per week at 6:45 am. If you’re a team-oriented, committed adult with rowing experience OR you’re new to rowing but you’ve completed our Learn to Row course, register with us here.
